oy, allergies

Such issues we have.  Weight and food costs and salmonella poisoning are just the beginning.  Here’s one that we must figure out a bit more clearly: FOOD ALLERGIES.  The types of food allergies are similar to the types of options in a big box grocery store, endless. Some allergies to food can sadly be deadly, but others may just cause annoying reactions.  Itchy skin or gross stomach rumbles and reactions do occur.  What to do?  Here’s just a simple suggestion to get things started.  AVOID the food believed to be an issue for one to two weeks.  Skip it.  Don’t let it sneak into your body in any way, not by mouth or nose.  Know mixed foods the allergen might be used, because they too are off limits.  Try to find out other names the food industry uses for that product.  The industry can be tricky.  Keep notes.  Are the symptoms gone?  What makes food allergies so common these days? Will the industry take note and make amends or will they go about their business making more business for themselves?  Educate yourself.
